The return of travel: how to engage with different generations?
This article provides interesting insights on how to market travel to different generations -in a Covid-19 context. It tackles leisure travel. I happen to find the leisure angle particularly interesting: since people travel for pleasure, this involves less 'constraints', if you will. For example, no company liability/responsibility involved, less 'pressure' as the trip is not associated to a professional outcome.
I'd love to hear from travel managers: what do you observe among your travelers? Are the younger generations (Millennials, GenZ) more inclined to go first? Do you see common concerns, regardless of generations or are differences emerging?
